Lead Coach Opportunity at Mini Athletics Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Coach to join our team at Mini Athletics Limited. As a Lead Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to children aged walkers to 8 years old, promoting athletic development and enhancing their physical, cognitive, and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions that cater to the needs of young athletes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of coaching programs and materials
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills

Requirements:

  • Coaching qualification and experience preferred, but not essential (full training will be provided)
  • Outgoing personality, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm for working with young children
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining this if required)
