Job Title: Children's Lead Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Lead Coach to join our team at Girls United FA. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality football programmes for young girls aged 5-16 years old in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver football sessions and programmes for young girls, focusing on creating a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Support and oversee assistant coaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with players, parents, and community groups to promote Girls United FA and our programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve programme goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programmes and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in grassroots football coaching, with a focus on working with young girls.
  • FA Level 1 in Football Coaching (or working towards) and Safeguarding Children and First Aid in Football qualifications.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
