Finance Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our client's busy finance team in Wetherby. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary of £24,300, plus a £4,000 bonus spread over 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Finance Manager and team with daily functional accounts processes.
  • Manage a high volume of sales ledger and work at a fast pace.
  • Process sales ledger postings and reconciliations, debit/credit notes, and respond to customer/supplier or internal queries.
  • Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts, direct debit mandates, and petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare and process payments, reconcile supplier statements, and ensure timely settlement of supplier accounts.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's relevant accounts experience with sales and purchase ledger.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
