We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our client's busy finance team in Wetherby. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary of £24,300, plus a £4,000 bonus spread over 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Finance Manager and team with daily functional accounts processes.
- Manage a high volume of sales ledger and work at a fast pace.
- Process sales ledger postings and reconciliations, debit/credit notes, and respond to customer/supplier or internal queries.
- Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts, direct debit mandates, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and process payments, reconcile supplier statements, and ensure timely settlement of supplier accounts.
- At least 1 year's relevant accounts experience with sales and purchase ledger.
- Highly organized and attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Competitive salary and bonus.
- 25 days' holiday plus banks and Christmas closure.
- Hybrid home working arrangement with 3 days per week.
- Onsite parking.
