Clinic Coordinator

An enthusiastic and committed individual is required to join the team at Custom Vision Clinic. Set in the beautiful grounds of Bowcliffe Hall in Wetherby, Custom Vision Clinic boasts a state of the art laser suite and a modern surgical theatre. Specialising in private cataract and refractive surgery, treatments are truly bespoke and truly customised. Working with a small team of Ophthalmic Consultants, Optometrists, Nurses, Administrative Staff and Technicians you will support the team to provide the very best patient care.

We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator who is a team player. Someone who is reliable and self-motivated, enthusiastic and truly passionate about driving excellence within the clinic and helping the team provide the best patient care possible. To be successful in this post you will be well organised, methodical and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, you should have a sound knowledge of administration work and be able to demonstrate a friendly and personable demeanour along with a strong personal work ethic. You will be encouraged to expand on your knowledge within the specialist area and develop skill sets within our administration services along with your own personal development.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming patients into the clinic and assisting with smooth running of clinic/appointment times
- Maintain correct and accurate medical records using an electronic medical record system
- Assist with diary management and booking appointments
- Assist other administrative staff within the day to day running of the clinic
- Ensuring all areas of the clinic are kept in good order
- Assisting with finance procedures when necessary
- Participating in clinical meetings/developing the service to enhance the patient journey
- Flexibility within the role is essential to cover early/late sessions and weekend clinics

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
