Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize ticket sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage ticket inventory and booking systems, including API integrations and integrated timing systems.
  • Work closely with Travel Trade sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales plans with broader business objectives.
  • Own the sales targets and KPIs for the Visitor Attractions department, monitoring performance, preparing detailed reports, and presenting forecasts and recommendations to executive management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales planning and inventory management, ideally within the visitor attractions, events, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Natural leadership skills, with excellent team management abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high standard of performance.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
