About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Service Centre team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue targets through effective management of the centre and team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive management of customer complaints and feedback.
  • Lead and motivate the Service Centre team to achieve exceptional service standards and quality of work.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the centre remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relations and leading a team to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
