The Role

We are seeking a Scheme Manager to join our team at Brook Street, a Day and Drop-in service providing flexible, person-centred, stimulating support in a community-based setting for individuals with learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage people who we support to take part in activities and outings
  • Develop and implement vocational training to help people develop more independent living skills
  • Supervise, train, and mentor care and non-care staff
  • Assess service users' needs for care, leisure, social interaction, and professional support staff

Requirements

  • Management qualification (e.g., QCF Level 5 or similar)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior capacity
  • Experience of supervising, training, and mentoring care and non-care staff
