About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team at Brook Street, a Day and Drop-in service providing flexible, person-centred support in a community-based setting for individuals with learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities and outings, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Develop and implement vocational training programs to enhance independent living skills.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor care and non-care staff to ensure high-quality support services.
  • Assess service users' needs for care, leisure, social interaction, and professional support staff.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a management qualification (e.g., QCF Level 5) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior capacity. You should have a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives and be committed to delivering high-quality support services.
