About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead our team at Shaftesbury Court Residential Care Home. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff to create a positive and supportive environment

Requirements
