The role of Centre Manager at IN n OUT Autocentres requires a unique blend of leadership skills, technical knowledge, and customer service expertise. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of your centre and team, driving sales targets and operating budgets, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales targets and operating budgets
  • Lead the centre team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure efficient management of customer complaints
  • Manage stock and ordering requirements
  • Develop the centre through PR and marketing initiatives

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of managing customer relations and a small team
