**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team at Essex and Suffolk Water. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating freshwater connection requests from developers.

The role involves working closely with a small team to respond to emails, take calls, and schedule field activities. Our team works to tight deadlines and metrics, contributing to our business performance (DMEX). With our current ranking in second place in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently. They will also be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate freshwater connection requests from developers
  • Respond to emails and take calls from developers
  • Schedule field activities and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records and data to meet regulatory requirements
