About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Director and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and schedule management, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communications management, including drafting, editing, and preparing correspondence, emails, reports, agendas, and minutes for executive review.
  • Special projects and event management, assisting in organizing company events, conferences, and other key projects as needed.
  • Expense and compliance management, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
