About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Your key duties will include:
• Conducting thorough property inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Advertising and marketing available properties to attract potential tenants through various channels.
• Screening and selecting tenants based on their background checks and financial qualifications.
• Managing rent collection and addressing any issues related to late payments.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors, optimizing resource utilization.
• Providing excellent customer service by efficiently handling tenant queries and concerns.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who possesses at least 5 years of experience in real estate. The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Proven track record in property management, lettings, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
