Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our team of engineers and technicians in delivering complex infrastructure projects. As a key member of our Highways Team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualification (e.g. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering sector
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
