About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a leading technology company, Reqiva, operating in the Financial technology space with global offices and an expanding team. We are seeking an experienced HR & Office Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Act as an Executive Assistant to management, providing administrative support and coordination.
  • Oversee HR responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage travel arrangements and organize large events.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of commercial office management experience.
  • Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
  • Ability to work with a range of team members across multiple timezones.
