About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Housing Services to join our team at Pick for Britain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for securing new customers for our procurement solutions and services, which offer access to group procurement, economies of scale, and preferential offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote our services to new and existing customers in the West Midlands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Asset Management, Property Services, and Construction to our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Social Housing, Asset Management, Property Services, or Construction, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
