Housing Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our housing operations team, you will be responsible for managing a group of residents within our Affordable Housing Portfolio. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the successful completion of the customer journey, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a group of residents within our Affordable Housing Portfolio, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful completion of the customer journey.
- Work closely with our Customer Relationship Advisors to deliver services relating to the customer's journey from onboarding to the cessation of the tenancy.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of housing law and its application within social housing, including experience of enforcement action.
- Make informed decisions when assisting and supporting officers in dealing with complex or challenging cases.
- Collaborate with external organizations, local authorities, and other third parties to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Experience in the Social Housing Sector and delivery of Core Housing Services.
- Comprehensive understanding of repairs management, including health and safety, fire safety, and other property standards legislation.
- Adept at using key applications and able to interrogate systems and understand data and insights to turn this into action.
