**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Field Sales specialist to join our UK Aftermarket Sales Development and Field Based Sales Support team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to travel covering an expansive region / territory and overnight as required.
