Account Development Lead

We create software at Civica UK Ltd, helping governments and public sector organizations deliver critical services to citizens worldwide. Our goal is to be a leader in GovTech, supporting the needs of citizens and public sector organizations.
We're looking for an Account Development Manager to help us achieve this goal. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting a number of accounts, ensuring we provide high levels of customer service and continue to grow our business.
Our governance and meeting management solution, Modern.Gov, has seen significant growth in recent years. This role will play a key part in driving further growth and success for our customers.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our Modern.Gov suite of products and services, and be able to develop effective account management strategies to achieve business unit sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities- Delivery of Effective Account Management Strategy: Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve business unit sales targets
- Planning and Prioritization: Plan, prioritize, and manage activity and customer contact to upsell products
- Product and Service Understanding: Develop a rich understanding of Civica's Modern.Gov suite of products and services
- Maximise Customer Value: Understand customers and foster a partnership to solve their problems using our solutions and products
- Own Their Targets: Take full ownership for achieving personal/team target, being planned, rigorous, and agile
- Act with Integrity: Approach sales challenges in the 'right way', being fair, honest, and taking responsibility
- Challenge Thinking: Use deep market insight and fresh thinking to challenge customers to think differently and take action
- Coach for Performance: Inspire and coach the team to exceed high standards, challenging them to always do more
