About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels Bournemouth. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our clients in the heart of Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clients, including property transfers and luxury retirement properties
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
