Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at CKB Recruitment Ltd. As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling a mix of commercial risks, and dealing with renewals, amendments, and general insurance administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handle a mix of commercial risks, including renewals, amendments, and general insurance administration.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
