Job Description

Commercial Account Handler Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including property owners and commercial combined clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, responding to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage accounts with premiums ranging from £5,000 to £125,000 and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industry.
  • Proficient in managing a traditional cross-class commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries and professions.
  • Keen understanding of the market with the capability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the firm's values of integrity and client care.
