Job Summary: Clark James Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler/Sales Broker to join their busy new business team focusing on all areas of Property Insurance.
The Role: As an Insurance Account Handler/Sales Broker, you will be actively involved in the broking of new business to market, liaising with insurers and negotiating the best possible terms. You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of classes of commercial business, including Property, Liability, Landlord, Combined, Contractors, and Household amongst others.
The Clients: You will be working with SME to mid-market clients, providing them with expert insurance solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Broking new business to market
- Liaising with insurers and negotiating terms
- Dealing with a wide range of classes of commercial business
- Providing expert insurance solutions to clients
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should be a proven Insurance Account Handler/Broker or Underwriter with sales ability. You should be committed, resilient, and used to multi-tasking. Insurance qualifications are not essential, but you should be able to fit in well with the friendly team of around 15 staff.
