We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at DreamSearch Ltd. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and working with Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. You will ideally have proven Commercial or Corporate broking experience with a passion for providing high-quality work and exceptional client services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A personable approach in both written and verbal communication with our team, suppliers, and clients alike.
  • Personal self-management which enables effective organisation, time management, and efficient completion of work.
  • Cert CII qualified.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering insurer risk presentations and negotiations with providers to secure the most appropriate cover for our clients.
  • Reading and digesting technical information and explaining it clearly to clients in a way that is pragmatic, appropriate, and effective.
  • Having a high competence of regulatory compliance relating to the day-to-day handling of commercial business.
  • Working with a full understanding and ensuring compliance with the company's anti-bribery and corruption policy.
  • Using Microsoft Office systems, including Excel, to manage client data and insurance policies.
  • Experience of Acturis system is desired but not essential.
