Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their changing insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met and that policies are issued efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations, ensuring that clients are aware of any implications for their business.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, either in broking or underwriting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
