Child and Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Support Specialist to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our Wellbeing and Early Support Service, you will play a vital role in prioritizing incoming referrals for allocation into our service.
Job SummaryThis is an office-based position, operating from Monday to Friday. You will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery by effectively managing referrals and allocating resources.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in conducting risk assessments on incoming referrals. Familiarity with the LAS system would be beneficial, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
What You Will Do- Effectively prioritize incoming referrals for allocation into our wellbeing and early support service.
