About the Role

Lancashire County Council is looking for a dedicated Wellbeing and Early Support Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting families and children in need.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing incoming referrals for allocation into our wellbeing and early support service.
  • Managing referrals and allocating resources to ensure efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in conducting risk assessments on incoming referrals. A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum is available, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Substantial experience in conducting risk assessments on incoming referrals.
  • Familiarity with the LAS system (desirable).
