The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team as a Community Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing incoming referrals for allocation into the wellbeing and early support service.

About You

\

You will have substantial experience in conducting risk assessments on incoming referrals and a background in essential statutory experience. Familiarity with the LAS system would enhance your capabilities, making you an ideal candidate for this role.

The Job

\

This office-based role operates from Monday to Friday, where your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. As a Community Care Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care to our community.

Your Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant qualification in social work and significant experience in conducting risk assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
