About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinated Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire payroll process, from start to finish.

This includes overseeing the monthly payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, as well as producing payroll reports and maintaining accurate payroll data. You will also be responsible for liaising with HMRC, system providers, pension providers, and other third-party support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, and excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages. Strong Excel skills, including Vlookups, are also essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme with life assurance, 25 days holiday (plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays), Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to work scheme, Hybrid working (full flexibility), and Early finish on Fridays.
