Role Overview:

Engineering Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process to determine which ECOs are released and when, and strive to achieve accurate and timely releases.
  • Support cross-departmental liaison to ensure seamless introduction of changes released via ECO.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement new processes as needed, as well as improvements to the ECO and related processes.
  • Provide engineering, developmental, and process support for business aspects as needed, including work on ECOs and their related aspects, review ECOs, Special Projects, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior engineering team to aid the smooth running of the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience of Engineering Change Management, and/or related processes.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to defined process flow.
  • An open-minded and creative approach to processes, process design, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • An engineering background would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Procedures and/or change management systems (i.e. Agile) would be desirable.
  • Full training will be given on the relevant software packages.
