Proactive Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. Based in Plymouth and surrounding areas, the role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Key Tasks:- Communication and Organisation: Ensure efficient handling of correspondence, phone calls, and diaries.
- Meeting and Travel Coordination: Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation for the Managing Director.
- Business Operations Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems to support business operations.
- Clients and Suppliers Management: Develop strong relationships with suppliers and clients through effective communication.
- Time Management and Reminders: Provide timely reminders for deadlines and manage personal commitments.
- Issue Resolution: Address miscellaneous issues with a proactive approach to ensure efficient business operations.
- You will be a discreet, trustworthy, and highly adaptable individual.
- Possessing proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
