Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their dignity and well-being, and helping to create a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
• Participate in leisure and social activities to promote engagement and stimulation
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
• Experience in a care setting or willingness to learn and develop skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
• Basic understanding of care principles and practices
• Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and dignity
• Physical ability to perform duties safely and efficiently
