About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Care and Support Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in enriching the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.

As a Care and Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique requirements.

Your day will be filled with various activities, including assisting with daily living tasks, participating in leisure and social activities, and contributing to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with our residents and their loved ones.
