Job Details
  • Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage correspondence, phone calls, and diaries efficiently to ensure seamless communication
  2. Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements to support the Managing Director's schedule
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
  4. Liaise with suppliers and clients to build strong relationships and drive business growth
  5. Provide reminders for deadlines and manage personal commitments to maintain a high level of productivity
  6. Resolve miscellaneous issues with a proactive approach to ensure timely resolutions

Requirements:

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and highly adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) to create professional documents and presentations
  • A full driving license is essential for travel and meeting coordination
