Regenerative Agriculture Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Regenerative Agriculture Specialist to join our team at Wise Employment Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the development and implementation of our regenerative agriculture practices.

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour week, including some weekend and evening work. Seasonal variation in work pattern may occur. Paid breaks and 6.6 weeks' holiday per year are included.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of our regenerative agriculture practices
• Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and ensure effective communication
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to farm operations and performance
• Travel between local locations to monitor farm progress and provide support as needed

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £38,000-£42,000 per year, based on experience.
