Test Centre Administrator

Pearson VUE is a global leader in the assessment industry, delivering high-stakes exams via a network of nearly 20,000 Test Centres in 180 countries. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting candidates throughout their learning and assessment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
- Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
- Some housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
Requirements:
- Friendly and professional team-player with school qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is an advantage.
- Flexible to work different days and times and comfortable in a quiet testing environment.
