Job Overview

E.ON Next is the newest face amongst the E.ON group of companies. We're moving our energy in the right direction, using state-of-the-art tech to provide exceptional service.

You'll be part of our customer Credit operations team as a Support & Assurance Specialist. Your role will involve speaking to our most vulnerable customers through various communication channels, empowering them to make informed decisions about their energy usage.

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding position where you'll work with vulnerable people or those in debt. You'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, especially for high-risk customers, handling challenges with empathy and finding solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, think on their feet in a fast-paced environment, and have confidence in making important decisions.

Please note that this role requires a basic DBS check and the ability to commute to our Bolton hub three times a week during training. If you're successful, you'll start on January 20th, 2025.
