About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Specialist to join our Finance Operations team at AXA UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.


Responsibilities



  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to address complex customer issues, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Process transactions and manage customer accounts accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by AXA, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a finance or insurance environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
