Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of patient appointments, meetings, and events.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Administrative experience, including team working and versatility to take on a variety of tasks.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
