Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Administrative experience, including team working and versatility to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
