Based in central Bradford, you will be driving sales across our innovative own brand products, designed to challenge the market.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Director. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing key client relationships, and driving sales growth across all brands.

We are looking for someone with extensive business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts. If you are a self-starter, motivated, and a team player who is passionate about sales, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and any other ways of reaching new and existing markets.
  • Establish and maintain progressive customer relationships with key clients.
  • Identify current trends and build successful pitches to drive sales across all brands.
  • Develop an understanding of how other organizations work to determine who the buying decision-makers are and build successful sales pitches based on their requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of product sales experience (Essential) and previous FMCG sales experience (preferred).
  • Qualified through experience or have an industry-related qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking to people of different seniority.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts.
