SEMH Teaching Assistant

Philosophy Education is partnering with a reputable Primary School in Camden to recruit an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a child with complex needs on a 1:1 basis. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and empathetic individual to make a positive impact on a child's life and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive school community.
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support, stability, and guidance to the child, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement personalized plans, assessing progress and adapting strategies as needed.
Salary Details
Estimated salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
