Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant for SEMH needs, you will play a vital role in supporting the Key Stage 2-3 teacher in planning and assessing pupils' progress.

You will work with support staff to implement interventions and contribute to updating and setting targets for children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting behaviour by following individualised plans for each child
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals in the support network to ensure seamless care and education for pupils
