Teaching Position for a Special Educational Needs School

We are looking for a skilled Teacher to join our team in Camden, specializing in teaching children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. This long-term position presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The special school we work with provides a personalized education to children aged 5-14 across Key Stages 1, 2 & 3. Our experienced team consists of therapists, specialist nurses, and education staff who work together to deliver effective support and guidance.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing pupil progress, and collaborating with support staff to develop targeted interventions. You will also contribute to updating individualized plans and work alongside other professionals to achieve improved student outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified teacher status (QTS)
  2. Previous experience working within SEMH or SEND
  3. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references
  4. Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of employment history
  5. Licence to work in the UK
