Behaviour Support Teacher Assistant

A Specialist school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is seeking an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.
The Job Responsibilities- Support pupils with A.S.D and SEMH in developing essential life skills.
- Deliver interventions and provide classroom cover as required.
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies that promote positive pupil outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering targeted support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them to build confidence and independence.
