Mentor for Students with Challenging Behaviour

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support students with challenging behaviour, SEMH, and ADHD. As a mentor, you will work closely with students to develop strategies to manage their emotions and behaviours, promoting positive relationships and outcomes. You will also work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised plans to support each student's learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
