Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team at Meridian Business Support. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Account Manager role
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Experience in new business development, including cold calling
- Ability to think outside the box and build strong relationships
- Knowledge of Sage and CRM systems, ideally Act
- Ability to absorb product information to upsell and provide consultative services
