Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team at Meridian Business Support. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow existing client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Account Manager role
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in new business development, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Act
  • Ability to absorb product information and provide consultative sales support
