About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Knowledge of business development principles and practices
