Job Title: Bar Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of bar staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our customers have a great experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all bar areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
