Bar Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at The Spitfire, a contemporary pub located in the heart of Kings Hill. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve high standards. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience
  • Managing the bar area and ensuring that it is clean and well-maintained
  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and drinks
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
